High quality touch monitor and stylish appearance. A significant drawback is the presence of touch buttons. Why would a manufacturer think that having touch buttons on the front of a touchmonitor that are designed to be touched is a good idea? We constantly accidentally touch the menu or power buttons due to their location. Very unfortunate location of such sensitive keys. In addition, the built-in speakers are very weak. Build quality is good apart from the terrible touch buttons. Image quality is also excellent and the touchscreen works great with Windows 10 and the latest version of Android. We use this monitor for our Packstation in our restaurant running on an Android mini computer with our KDS software (Fresh KDS - Square POS Compatible). It was a cost effective solution for us and met our needs.
