This is not a chair, but a curse. Bought it a little over a year ago. First, armrests from another version of the chair were found in the chair (either from S1, or from S4 - it’s not clear, they didn’t turn), although the description indicated that there should be armrests with height adjustment and swivel. After submitting an application to the store and to the representative of the manufacturer in our country, they promised me to replace the armrests. As a result, the armrests were replaced, but the replacement operation lasted about 3 months! Here I certainly thought that everything would end there, but unfortunately everything happened exactly the opposite. A couple of days ago, on my chair (as it turned out after disassembly), they fell off! WELDED! seams, on the backrest frame, at the point where the backrest is attached to the backrest tilt adjustment mechanism. By the way, my weight is 67 kg, which is slightly less than twice the maximum declared by the manufacturer. They didn’t jump on the chair, they didn’t dance, I used it exclusively to work, I don’t play. I sat in the most upright position, with a slight deviation back, did not use it horizontally at all. The conclusion is simple, the claims department of this company works, but unfortunately all operations take a long time. The quality of the chairs is poor, I strongly advise not to take. In my case, I was very lucky not to fall through and stumble with my back on a piece of metal plate. Take pity on your health, pay extra and buy a chair that will definitely not "stab a knife in your back" one day.
