This back support is very good. It fits just right. However, the size is wrong. It works a little. So we needed a real XL, but we had to go for XXL to get it to fit properly. It's a little big for the size of the belt. This has nothing to do with the fit. Here's the belt itself. But that's not a big problem. But it looks like it was made for a taller person because we tightened the straps all the way and they're still a little loose. It doesn't fit snugly around the shoulders like it should. But it doesn't fall. So it's fine (just a little). But for the price it was worth it and I can only recommend it.
