I have a 35" waist, so I ordered a medium size (28-39"). Hardly fits. Another inch and I wouldn't be able to use it at all. However, I'm not sure I can wear it for very long as it restricts my breathing. I think they are a bit small.

I'm getting old, my back hurts when I move, I should have done it earlier. I bought one that wasn't big enough for my stomach, but this one is a bit wider and offers good support. Love the shoulder straps (admittedly a bit flimsy but hold up well) that help keep it in place. Don't think you can go wrong with this great price.

Well, for starters, when I took it out of the box it had a TERRIBLE smell, almost worth the vomit. It's very stiff so not great if you need to bend a lot which I bought to wear to work as I bend and lift a lot. However, I wore it at home and it pretty quickly got rid of the back pain I feel all the time. Not good for work but good for the rest of the day.

Fits well, which I was worried about. Got this as a Christmas present for a blacksmith but he hasn't been able to wear it under his apron yet. I'd say it took a few inches and he thinks he can wear it under a shirt to hold his tummy in a bit haha. Tighten or loosen it as needed throughout the day, so that's a big plus.

Be sure to check the size chart before purchasing. You cannot use your belt/pant size as it is higher. I'm glad I did and I'm glad I bought it. It saved my back by helping someone move and saved me a hero's bill in the process. I use it for all the different projects that usually cause back pain and it has helped solve all the problems. The shoulder straps take a little getting used to, but that could very well be me. A good product!

I thought I'd like this one better than the cheaper ones I've tried, but it's taller and the rebars dig into my ribs and are uncomfortable. I tried wearing it for a while and it hurt more wearing it than without it which wasn't what I was looking for to relieve my back pain. You also can't remove the shoulder straps, which I've found comfortable on others I've tried. It's well built and I'm sure it will be a good lifter for some, but for me it just hurts more.

Today I received a back brace, it fits perfectly. I'll try it tomorrow at work and will post my experiences soon. I'm following my first day at work with my new back brace and I have to say it works wonders. My back is in the perfect position and I can work with the utmost confidence knowing that with this machine I don't have to worry about hurting my back again. I would highly recommend this support to anyone, absolutely priceless but at a price that won't break the bank.

This back support is very good. It fits just right. However, the size is wrong. It works a little. So we needed a real XL, but we had to go for XXL to get it to fit properly. It's a little big for the size of the belt. This has nothing to do with the fit. Here's the belt itself. But that's not a big problem. But it looks like it was made for a taller person because we tightened the straps all the way and they're still a little loose. It doesn't fit snugly around the shoulders like it should…
