After much trial and error with different shades of blonde, I found platinum to be perfect for my hair, which I don't normally consider my hair because it's more of a vibrant beachy blonde than an icy platinum, so it was I'm surprised that the platinum shade fits best. I bought the 12" because I wanted a more natural look but not too long. Since having kids my hormones are going crazy and I've lost so much hair; I'm very shy about how thin my hair is now, and wanted something light and non-harmful for special occasions. The halo was a bit yellow to begin with so I dip/washed the extensions in the sink with purple shampoo and water, rinsed and styled and they came out perfect! They are very soft, shiny and easy to style. The hooks on the wire have 4 adjustable points that are perfect for your head. It holds up great and feels secure for the most part. My only suggestion would be to add a few more combs so that as you advance the hook further need to be able to add combs to the sides of the halo so it stays more secure and the sides don't stick out.I will be buying more combs and sewing them on to secure the sides.The ei The easiest way to use them is to pull your hair half back, put on a halo and then leave your hair on top and then blend to make sure the halo is covered. So easy! I wish I had bought this years ago!
