Review on NUTRITION Digesting Overnight Naturally Chocolate by James Newbill

I thought all the other flavor reviews were just a bunch of people whining because it doesn't taste like chocolate or dessert. Boy was I wrong! Let me be clear this isn't the worst tasting powder, in fact it's slightly sweet and not overly artificial in taste. But it has an odd smell, and unless you mix it with frozen berries and other flavors, you'll find that it doesn't taste very good. As mentioned in other reviews, it holds together. A LOT, but that's the nature of casein proteins so I don't think you can complain about that. I mix mine in NutriBullet with a few other things to minimize the taste. I will say that my respect for this powder is that I have never felt bloated or full like many other powders. Even if I give it a three star rating, I might just buy it again because it doesn't make me bloat like all the other casein powders. In the end I am satisfied with the product but not enthusiastic. Maybe three stars is a bit harsh when I think about it, maybe it's like 3 and 1/2 stars. But I just can't give it 4 stars. OK, sue me. rzunimag.
