My dog has moved out twice!

On the first escape he opened the hood and jumped out! I used a ponytail to secure the lock the next day! He cut his nose and was bleeding all over the floor and into the boxes trying to get out! He's recovering, but he also chewed on one of the poles and bent and broken the top of the pole! I can't use it and wasted 270.00! I want my money back!
