The support team has been incredibly helpful in helping us figure out our analytics problems, as well! I have not found anything that we dislike about this product so far- it's easy to use (especially with their excellent tutorials)The UI/UX are awesome too - they really nailed those details right from day 1BriefMetricseems like just what many businesses need -- another option if GA isn't quite working correctly or you're looking at other solutions but would still love some more advanced features of tracking your website traffic etc., especially when dealing w web development issues.
