Review on TheBalm BalmShelter Silky-Smooth Tinted Moisturizer: The Ultimate Skin Saver by Monique Franco

Excellent Tinted Moisturizer! I have very fair skin and it's a combination to the core (dry cheeks and forehead, oily nose and chin). Around the time I was in my 30's my chin area started getting oily and this caused a lot of acne - I've never had a problem like this before. I have searched and tried various tinted moisturizers but without much success. Haven't found this one yet :) The coverage is great. I still use a bit of concealer because I have very uneven skin tone, but many people could probably skip it (or apply it to specific areas, I'm sure). So far it hasn't given me a flare but I've only been using it for about a week. Will be updated if anything changes! It holds oil just as well as any other product - I gave up an oily shine on my face for over 10 hours a long time ago. And now that I think about it, 10 hours is a long time and that wish is actually pretty unrealistic (ha). In any case. All of this to say that I am very picky when it comes to oil control and coverage and this tinted moisturizer is the best I have found. Also at a great price! It smells a bit like sunscreen but if you rub it in and maybe dust it with some powder it's no problem :) Oh, and I also have very fair skin and most tinted moisturizers or foundations turn my skin orange. I'm lighter than light in it and it fits in very well.
