I like how it allows me as an employee of my business or organization easy access into our customers' personal accounts in order that we can easily get their ideas about what they would want us better at doing! It's very helpful when looking back over previous months/years data within one account so i am able to see if there are any trends with certain clients /customers etc., which helps build rapport between myself & them! Nothing really - not too sure why people don't use this software anymore? Maybe because its free (which makes sense) maybe lacklustre support options from maxfeedback team?? Don’t think anyone else has come out yet who offer something similar either?! We're using MF mainly through Facebook Messenger app via chatbot functionality- however sometimes having issues getting logged onto FB messenger due to security settings blocking bots such as ours!! So currently only available by email address sent directly thru website itself rather than facebook.
