Simple quick setup & fantastic customer service

Easy set up - super fast-easy way to get valuable data into your CRM; great support team who are very helpful from first contact till implementation! Would love if they did some marketing of their product themselves and had an ad campaign as well (we use it within our own organisation). So far so good. The best thing we like about them though, is that we can ask questions at any time. We need this feature for many reasons - and every one has been answered in no time by the team here. Sometimes…

Great tool for customer feedback and idea generation

I like how it allows me as an employee of my business or organization easy access into our customers' personal accounts in order that we can easily get their ideas about what they would want us better at doing! It's very helpful when looking back over previous months/years data within one account so i am able to see if there are any trends with certain clients /customers etc., which helps build rapport between myself & them! Nothing really - not too sure why people don't use this software…

Pros
  • It was easy to navigate and find the information i was looking for and it’s quick and easy to learn to use!
Cons
  • There wasn't anything i disliked about it really however as a personal user, i do think it's a bit of a shame that it hasn't been more widely adopted by businesses and organisations but that's just my personal opinions!
