This is a very good pair of trainers/sneakers. They fit my height 12 feet very well. There is no pressure on the upper and enough space for the toes. The shoe had good cushioning and arch support was also very good. The artificial materials are well made. Good breathability, my feet were comfortable and cool after a workout. I would use them as training and training shoes rather than running shoes. They're not super flexible, but good. The insole slides out when you need to add more cushioning. I felt supported and didn't overload my ankle. All in all a very decent pair of trainers/sneakers for the price. I use them very well as training shoes.
