Review on Gerber 99-647 PowerTool by Dustin Barry

I bought this for my Gerber toilet in hopes it would stop a constant leak. I've tried many other dampers and they still leak/leak. Well this damper works better but it still leaks causing my toilet to leak and spill water. With this damper it only leaks now and then, other universal ones from Lowes and the like didn't do anything. Bottom line, the Gerber toilet is terrible and I will simply replace the toilet with a better brand. I have no problem with my other toilet valves, just buy a universal one and the problem is solved. not tanners. Farewell, tanner.
