Plus and play the install, boosted my laptop's Wi-Fi signal really well. But it's getting hot. And I mean HOTFast. warm. Not uncomfortable. It's so hot my laptop's fans turn on like I'm overclocking. Hot enough to keep the entire area around my USB port hotter than where my graphics card sits for hours of intense gaming. I pulled it out when I realized this was the culprit, but now the USB port is having trouble reading. So you're rolling on your PC's health with this device - I'm personally pissed that maybe the effect wouldn't be as strong on a less compact device and for it having so many positive reviews - maybe the one I got was just plain malfunction. But if I were you I wouldn't risk it.
