I have been using this product every day since I received it. I find it has many strong properties for my use. Limes and lemons are easy and work well. Oranges complement this block a little less. He does what he says, he squeezes the fruit. Oranges are larger than the top sheet when fully compressed, so some of the flesh is uncompressed. Be sure to use a strainer if you don't like a lot of pulp in your juice. Works great for canning. Great for a margarita. Add a lemon and a lime, add some liquid agave sugar, then add triple sec and tequila. Great ingredients and no preservatives. Also great for any drink with lime. Not to be petty, this is a hit. The only downside, again not to be too small, is that you have to turn it on its side to effectively remove the top plate underneath. Yes, if you're really a fanatic you can disassemble the cleaning plate, but it's a lot of work and if you're not careful you can lose the flimsy plastic disc. I use a plastic bag (found in the fresh produce section of my local grocery store) to cover the unit to keep it clean for the next use.
