Very nicely made block. High quality stainless steel case. Good installation guide. Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a small crack in the quartz tube and there was a tiny leak that got into the tube and wet the flask. I emailed support and received a response overnight. They told me not to reuse the bulb as water could damage it and sent me a new quartz tube and bulb. They sent it by express and it was delivered on Monday after 3 days. Installation tip: O-rings are not round, but bevelled. They tend to roll when placed over a quartz tube so they can end up twisting. Check the o-rings carefully to ensure they are properly seated in the beveled opening in the body and are not twisted before unscrewing the end caps. Don't assume everything is lined up correctly when you screw in the end caps.
