The missing link! I have a front-loading LG washing machine that (I found out later) is notorious for rattling. The solenoids that control the water supply open/close so quickly that the pressure in the supply lines makes a loud CHIPPING noise. Depending on the pressure and size of the house, it can be all over the house! POOH! Prior to installation, I had to move the utility breastplates and use valves that had water hammers built into them. Still BAF BANG. So in my desperation I found, bought and installed these hoses. The only sound I hear now is the steel braided hose slapping softly against the wall while pulsing with the valve, AMAZING. And I'm sure the sock fairy will put in one of the missing socks to wet before I have time to keep making adjustments.
