It's not possible to display letters without breaking
Symbols with centers are almost impossible to remove. On the sheet of congratulations and numbers, the centers are lower than the rest of the form so that when filled with candy, the melts cover the center. If you try to leave the center open it will become too flimsy and tear with the slightest effort to remove it from the mold.
