I use this to hold the CVT and clutch bell housing on my 49cc Honda Ruckus scooter while fine tuning the weight of the CVT. In my opinion it works much better than a strap wrench. The pins on one side have a smaller diameter than on the other and the working width can be easily adjusted using an adjusting screw. It's a bit annoying that the jaw can close after adjustment (the jaw can be closed, but not opened further than the adjustment screw allows). However, it's a simple, basic, reasonably made tool that works great for what I need it for. I'm glad I bought it.
