Update 01/18/18: Your customer service team is amazing, contacted asap, apologies and thanks for the improvement feedback. They sent me a free replacement within a day or two, pretty quick. First review: I was willing to give this case five stars from day one; A minimalist transparent case, a magnet on the back and a ring that drives everyone crazy. That was great. I needed an inexpensive case until a durable one came along. I noticed it was a bit loose today and was about to try tightening the screw that holds the ring until I noticed the other end of the pin was broken. It was only a matter of time before the other side lost. . I used it sparingly by standing it up or clipping it in my hand when using my phone on the go. Here's the thing, I get it with regular use it will wear out and the ring may come loose but break. in four days? Would you trust your iPhone X to be safe with this case, even if it was highly rated or awarded by Amazon Editors' Choice, it was my hook and sinker, don't let it be yours. You get what you pay for, this is a great value for money minimalist case. If you need an o-ring I would get it elsewhere or not at all. I still like the case for its simple design and the awesome magnet on the back which I use for magnetic attachments in the car and office. Three stars for realizing my iPhone X was flirting with death and possibly falling face down on a tiled floor four days later because it had a broken needle. Property.
