I like that it has all of our billing information along with patient data in one place, so we don't have to go through several different programs when entering new notes into each program (ie EMR). It can be slow sometimes but not much you could do about this since its cloud software which means more people are using them at once thus slowing down their servers/networks etc., Also i dislike how they try push your updates without asking first! If u dont want these changes then say no!! They should just ask before pushing out an update if ur ok wtih thm doing things behind yur back.
