It's easy to use, it has all you need in one app! You can track your patient information from admission/discharge until after discharge with ease. Nothing really. I guess if they ever stop developing this product we will be left out of some things but other than that nothing else comes into mind. I like that it has all of our billing information along with patient data in one place, so we don't have to go through several different programs when entering new notes into each program (ie EMR). It can be slow sometimes but not much you could do about this since its cloud software which means more people are using them at once thus slowing down their servers/networks etc., Also i dislike how they try push your updates without asking first!
