Smaller than standard size
I bought a black and green pair in a size 11 (my 4 year old son's normal size) and they barely fit him so I ordered a navy and red pair in a size 12. Both sizes fit the same. So I bought my THIRD pair. I hope they fit as they are cute shoes and easy to clean.
