Works perfectly.
This works great with my 47" Vizio 3DTV. I only needed the original remote to easily turn it on and off and rarely used it for anything else but one day my factory remote died and refused to ever working again. I found this can sometimes happen, so I was glad to be able to get this cheap replacement. While universal remotes can often help too, there will be times when I'm stuck with proprietary buttons and a keyboard on the back need - where this cheap replacement makes more sense to me.
