Unreliable Thermometer Melts Your Food

As a result of my tests, I determined that this thermometer gave wildly inconsistent readings, making it impossible to trust when cooking. The foldable design is convenient for storage, but unfortunately this feature caused the thermometer to literally melt when exposed to high temperatures.
