Review on GymMaster by Brian Kingsford

The customer service is phenomenal! When I have issues or questions they are always there to help me out!! My gym has been using this software since early 2015 so most everything was created prior but now it's nice having all my info together in one place. It would be great if their were more options available when editing member information and adding pictures/videos as well because sometimes its difficult finding what exactly i'm looking foward too once added. Make sure u get good training staff at every location before going live bcuz everyone can use some assistance getting things set up/configured properly etc. This site helps keep track oof each person who comes throught he door including workouts done which makes keeping records easier than ever (and also keeps us healthier). I love having everything in one place to keep track of my clients as well as their account information/billing details at all times! This is also great when it comes down to doing mass emails during promotions or if there are special events going around! Nothing really specific but would be helpful to have some more add-ons such as social media integrations! Great software overall though!! Keeping up to date with client accounts has never been easier!
