PLEASE SEE. UPDATE BELOW: I see nothing wrong with the quality of the board. But despite the promise that you'll be given grading instructions, the instructions are terrible as almost all of the kits came from kids in the Switchdoc labs. And in my case they didn't even supply all the parts or at least the right parts. I have backed several of their projects on Kickstarter, I found similar damn instructions for them, I will no longer support them. They do not include instructions on how to upload or update files on the Arduino pro mini. And to avoid false flashes, you should update this file. Or files. If you think this is a beginner project, think again. You remain without a calling. There is no doubt that the owner of Switchdoc Labs is awesome. After all, they just keep releasing new projects without meaningful documentation. The drawings are really terrible. And nothing in them is step by step. This applies to this project as well as guides for other similar projects. Until they fix the documentation and provide credible guides like the ones in Adafruit or sparkfun, I can't recommend these products. Adafruit and Sparkfun have been successful to a greater extent because they understood people's desire to learn how to build kits with simple instructions. Or at least easier-to-follow instructions. The creator of the products makes no such effort. I think they really believe they put together "great instructions" as they claim. but they start at a point where everything seems obvious. This is not where most of their buyers start. Update: 04/20/2019: I have contacted SwitchDoc several times over the past year about the quality of the documentation and manuals. I had no issues with the quality of the boards, although there were some design choices that could have been better. Over time they have incorporated some suggestions from people to improve the board layout etc. My latest scathing review - the one you see above accurately reflects my experience. However, it looks like they've made major - not huge - improvements to the documentation of some of their more recent projects. It doesn't help me with this board but I think it shows a good intention to better support buyers and users. While my concerns about this advice remain, I want to acknowledge their significant efforts. Take the time now to improve the documentation for this board!
