Everything needed plus much extra benefits
It's very easy to use and it has everything you need for any investigation. I like that you can add sources and evidence from anywhere as long as they are in PDF format. The only thing I dislike about this program is that sometimes it will crash when you're using it. This is when you have more than one tab open and there is a lot of evidence or sources. If you don't do anything else, just use this program. You cannot go wrong with this. We've been able to find out who our customers are and what their connections are. It also helps us find new leads.
Pros
- Everything! All information needed at your fingertips without having too much trouble finding things which makes my job easier because we get so many different pieces within each case file such an IP addresses etc..it really does help keep track all aspects involved while working cases together especially if multiple people work them simultaneously.It keeps everyone updated throughout every step along process through
