. They are used in the Lorex 4k system to connect a camera with 160ft of cable (cameras came with 60ft of cable). I put both Amcrest cables in the same line, one serving as a backup or secondary solution for the camera. The lines were laid for about 2 weeks and without any problems. The only thing I complain about is the flickering and streaking on the ported screen. I tested both cables before burying them when connected to my 60ft cables. If you move the clutch even a few centimeters, the video will be distorted. Then they have to be reconfigured until the picture is clear again. There were no problems using the cable directly from the DVR to the camera. The engaged clutch seems to be the problem I would guess. As this clutch was listed as part of a purchase I am inclined to rate the product on all counts. I would buy them again, knowing what I know now.
