Bought to use with my UTV. Works perfectly. Never moved or wobbled. The chain allows you to attach the edge so as not to cut the strap. Definitely a must-have when transporting cars, ATVs, SUVs, etc. Allows for towing on your own hitch so straps don't come loose.
