Unfortunately disappointed - accessories

I was very happy that it came in the mail, but unfortunately it cannot stand upright. I've tightened it as much as I can and indeed the ring light tilts to one side. FORGET TO WEAR YOUR PHONE! The moment I put my phone on the ring light, it collapsed. It honestly sucks because the lighting on it is AMAZING but I can't even use it.
