I found these mats slightly large to sit flush inside half sheet pans without the edges curling up slightly. Compensated to use all circled spots on the mats for macarons by using them on inverted half-sheet pans.Otherwise after some testing on time/temperature adjustments in our electric convention oven I found macarons cooked pretty evenly and well -- and removed pretty nicely.However upon cleaning I did find that the circle diagrams on the mats lightening noticeably in several places. It's still workable to use as a template, so an annoying result that the printed ink isn't more durable, but hasn't been a deal-killer. Has seemed a decent quality for price if not quite as good as the name brand Silpats.
