Seems to work well, although there is a bit of creaking. These were not genuine GE parts (that I was aware of). Changed the rear bearing at the same time. The wearstrips aren't color coded like the originals, so you have to look closely at the old (if there's anything left) and the new. I installed everything except for the foam, which I really don't need. The work is not like the videos you see on the internet hahaha. There were other issues with reconfiguring the faceplate and top cover to get the job done. I also removed the left side panel which makes it easier to work with the belt and pulley. I can't imagine how much I would pay someone to do all of this.
