Product support sucks. I started the process almost a month ago and haven't even received a tracking order yet. I've been there a few times and just got a response over a week ago that a tracking number was coming. The warranty department doesn't have a phone number, just an email with a completely flimsy 48 hour disclaimer. Plus: They said they would back up their product and replace the defective item. Cons: no rush at all. Will probably not use a DC product again.
