Very thorough
I felt it was a bit pricey so I took the plunge and am glad I did. It covers all the topics you want to know about embroidery. When I saw the title I got nervous because it says "embroidery and beadwork". Okay, I only embroider so I was concerned that the book would cover topics not relevant to my needs. The book is organized so well that there are chapters covering everything you need to know. No problem. The pictures are crisp as written (not boring, more of a pleasant conversational tone) and the spiral binding was all a pleasure to read. I keep it next to my embroidery and refer to it often. good investment
