Review on 15" Handmade Marble Chess Set - Staunton & Ambassador Gift Style - Black/Fossil Coral by Marquel Henry

At first glance the gift box seems really nice but when I took a closer look there was crumbs, dirt, and debre on the cloth. Also there was stains on the bottom, possibly glue? There other thing I didn't like was the fact the pieces don't fit well in the case. The case also doesn't close very nicely. The whole thing looks like they tried but doesn't have that attention to detail. The chess board and pieces are the only positive side. I would say both are very acceptable for this price range.UPDATE: We finally started playing with this and the quality of this chess board is just not there. It is indeed marble but the overall appearance of the board and pieces just don't have a premium feel. The board has spots on it that don't wash. Maybe the board was clean enough before clearcoat. Some pieces are polished others are dull.
