When I left a message to Ipevo about a problem I thought I would never get a reply but within 2 hours I got a reply. Excellent customer service! I was able to solve the problem myself, it wasn't the Ipevo docking camera at all. I'm using this with Zoom and didn't notice that the mirror option was automatically selected in the zoom settings. I discovered the issue and changed it about 15 minutes before going live. I use my Ipevo VZ-X Visualizer for online music lessons (piano and vocals) and it works great. I can use it as a webcam, demonstrate on the piano, write on my music board, view printed sheet music for discussion, etc. Last week I used my tablet and hated it. By the end of the week, after 25 years of teaching and loving him, I wanted to quit! But after getting and setting up Ipevo and using the headset and mic, I'm hooked again! Thank you for such a great product and customer service.
