I really like that it is easy to use for customers and employees alike.
It's also very customizable so we have been able to add in features as needed without having to go through an entire re-design process. There are some things they could do with their mobile app though - but overall this has worked well for us! We've used this software since its inception and continue to find new ways to make it better. The benefits of being able to keep track of customer service interactions from anywhere at anytime makes this software worth every penny! Tracking all client/customer information including phone calls, emails, text messages, etc., allows me to respond quickly and appropriately if need be.
