Microscope: *excellent* so far. Haven't tried HDMI yet (mini-HDMI is such a pain as the RPi 4's micro-cables are everywhere and easy), but it looks great. The focus range is impressive. I really like the sidelights for lighting and another thing that is just amazing is how good they look in low light. This is very useful in a well-lit room, even with passive lighting. Then why three stars? The microscope module itself and the base unit have USB-C ports, but neither will charge from a USB-C charger. They only charge via a USB-A charger connected to an A-to-C cable. The USB-C ports are somehow connected incorrectly. It's just mean. If you plan to use USB-C connectors, make sure they work properly with standard chargers and cables. Otherwise just plug in the microplug and carry on. This is not good.
