When I buy cycling shoes, I always buy shoes 1 size larger than my measurements. Cycling shoes don't have to be "tight" and they still shrink a bit when wet. Still, they fit like a glove, the straps fit perfectly so my feet don't swim in them, and the black on red matches the color of my bike. I am very happy with it.
