Review on Tires Michelin Primacy 3 205/55 R16 91V runFlat by Jnis Kokins ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The ratio of price and quality is very pleasing, I will repeat the purchase.

My car is Opel Astra H. Instead of wearing conventional breeches, I elected to go with the alternative for a long time and have never once regretted my decision. I drove for two complete seasons, and based on the wear of a couple of millimeters, I estimate that I roll roughly 20,000 miles annually. When passing slower vehicles at high speeds, it maintains a sure footing on the road (205/55R16), and when traveling at my typical pace on the highway (100 km/h), it requires almost little taxiing at all. Very fuel efficient, I was able to obtain a consumption of 6.2 liters per one hundred kilometers while traveling at a speed of 100 kilometers per hour over a distance of 200 kilometers (normally in this stretch I got between 6.8 and 7.5). Once I made the decision to attempt braking to the floor on wet pavement at a speed of about 70 miles per hour, the consequence was that the car came to a stop so suddenly that I could see the pavement in front of the hood. Although I was pleasantly surprised by this result, I chose not to experiment any more after that. There is a bump stop for the disk, and its appearance on the disk makes it look more aesthetically beautiful. For the past two years in a row, the wheel has never had more than 20 grams of cargo hung on it when it was being balanced. Addition: I skated for three whole seasons before starting the fourth one; the wear is even, the loads are still between 20 and 30 grams, and it is plenty for skating for another two seasons without worry. The other day I went to Hong Kong (400 km one way) in a downpour, the tires are no longer new, but I allowed me to peacefully go 100-110, the main stream went 70-80, it "floated" only in genuinely large or deep puddles, it was nice surprised to see how well it worked. It was a pleasant experience.

Pros
  • 1. Relatively peaceful when the temperature is at or above 15 degrees 2. Excellent handling 3. Exceptional traction even in the pouring rain 4. Economical
Cons
  • 1. The price is excessive, and I am sorry that I did not get the dimension 215/50R16, but the price tag went way over the above. 2. It is difficult and noisy when the temperature is between +5 and +12.
