Easy and convenient but Customer Service needs work

I like how easy it is to get into my account, as well as check out all of our services we have subscribed too! It's not very user friendly for business customers who may be more tech savy than average users would prefer.

The customer service in general can also seem really slow at times which makes you think "man they are taking their time". Make sure your IT department has everything set up correctly before signing off on this product because there could potentially be issues down the road if things aren't setup properly. We use comcast internet/phone (business) so having an easier way to access our accounts was essential when dealing wih other companies such as Verizon or AT&T where accessing information from different locations wasn't always possible due to poor phone lines etc..
