Two words: game changer .As a result of my tests, I determined that the blades are razor-sharp and can cut through meats and cheeses like butter. The thickness settings are easy to adjust, and the machine is surprisingly quick and quiet. The only downside is that it takes up a bit of counter space but the performance more than makes up for it.
