Review on 🎯 Dart-Stop 36 inch Professional Octagonal Dart Board Backboard: Enhancing Wall Protection and Dartboard Surround by Leo Torres

I bought a 36" black octagonal dart stop to mount behind my new dartboard. It arrived on time, well packaged, with the necessary instructions and hardware for installation. The hardware was/was a little over the top - the 3" screws are really unnecessary when you're screwing them into a rack, and the extra length doesn't add anything when going through wall anchors - but it was effective nonetheless. The instructions are precise and complete and if you follow them you will have a safely and correctly installed backgauge. The cover material is a synthetic, slightly rough and fluffy product, but has survived several hours of practice and play without any signs of wear. Wear, etc. The core of the stop is an MDF board. This board is harder than it should be but certainly effective; Darts sometimes bounce off the fence and fall to the ground, but in my experience >90% get stuck in the board and stay there to be retrieved. The protected area around the dartboard is enough to protect the wall from all but the most outrageous off-target throws. It looks great on the wall and gives every indication that it will last a very long time. The cost was higher than I expected when looking for a fallback solution, but the reviews were high, deservedly so, and the product was well made in the USA. I didn't have to call for support/customer service, but there are clear ways to do so, accompanied by a clear message that the company wants their customers to be completely satisfied. I recommend Dart-Stop unreservedly. I would buy again if needed.
