🎯 Dart-Stop 36 inch Professional Octagonal Dart Board Backboard: Enhancing Wall Protection and Dartboard Surround Review

Expensive to buy, but worth every penny. This is well designed, high quality surround sound. It attaches easily and securely to the wall and my new dartboard attaches beautifully. The 36" octagon with bulky board is suitable for almost all hits in our home league, and the thickness of the board and construction of the material perfectly absorbs soft hits while protecting the bottom wall from hard hits.

149.95 seems a little high for something that is mostly wood and carpet but it works great and looks very well made. Using the screws provided, I attached it to the wall of my bonus room in a wall stud. It is very durable. My dartboard is secure and doesn't spin at all when I pull out the darts. No need for shimmer. We are occasional dart players and occasionally miss darts and the darts always hit that shield. Looks very nice and we are satisfied.

Excellent quality and size. Many dartboards only offer about 4 inches of protection. This dart stop model offers at least 9 inches. in your beautiful walls. This back panel is heavy and well made. If you're installing to drywall, you should probably use good quality metal anchors rather than the plastic anchors that come with it. As I said, the back wall is heavy.

Issues: Two 3" screws and plastic wall anchors are questionable as being enough to support this weight, especially when attaching to drywall. The product claims to reduce arrow ricochet and even shows stuck arrows in the photo in the description. After using it, I realized that this was completely wrong. The darts don't stick into the product at all, they pop out 100%. This is very disappointing as we bought it to protect hardwoods from sustained arrow ricochet.
