I parked outside north of Indianapolis and now I'm dealing with a lot of ice and snow. This is easily the best scraper I have ever used to remove frost and thin ice from a windshield. The way the blade flexes to touch the windshield with little pressure allows you to get the job done much quicker as you can completely clean the area with just a few strokes instead of going back and forth with a regular plastic scraper to go. One downside I noticed is the flimsy handle - I broke a couple of these when stretching across my truck's windshield and pushing at an odd angle. But the price of them is such that if I buy them I'll buy 10 at a time every few years. I keep 2 in each door of my truck (in case one breaks) but most disappear because I gave them away to family, friends and neighbors. There are 2 things I would change to make it better: 1 I would make the metal blade longer. It works great and it usually only takes one swipe to clean a section, but with a narrow blade you still have a lot of work to do to clean the entire windshield. A wider blade allows you to finish a little faster. 2. I would make the handles thicker and could take a little more pressure if needed. But overall it was my favorite scraper for those cold, frosty mornings. When this batch ends I will buy another set.
