Review on πŸ’ͺ Enhance System Performance with Hynix 8GB PC4-21300 DDR4-2666MHz SODIMM Memory Module by Gregory Chaitanya

Revainrating 5 out of 5

does not work well for internal components

Bought as a matching mount for: Msi GL Series GL73 9RCX-030 17.3" 60Hz Intel Core i5 9th Gen 9300h Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 8GB Memory 256GB NVMe SSD Windows 10 Home won't even boot into BIOS with this separately installed chip. I could get into the BIOS if both sticks were installed. The BIOS said that this new used chip is only 4GB. My motherboard BIOS has been updated to the latest version. It should have been a chip identical to the one I had in my laptop (whose numbers are the same, SK Hynix 8GB 2666 and other numbers). Please note there is some damage in the photos and it looks like this on one side. I knew I was getting a used stick pulled out of a laptop but figured it wouldn't get much use at all, instead I got a 4GB chip which may not even be an SK Hynix chip but a Not wanting to bother again, I just upgraded both DIMMs with HyperX Impact 2666Ghz 2X8GB Cl15. I am selling my excellent SK Hynix 8GB 2666Ghz chip. Pains. Also, this "SK Hynix 8GB 2666GHz" chip I bought here was more expensive ($38) than the inexpensive Corasir 8GB 2666GHz flash drive ($30). I was sold a more expensive used chip that didn't even work!
