It says it's a kids watch but I'm an adult with a size 7 strap on my wrist and it fits me with lots of extra holes. The strap has slots and lots of holes so it fits a variety of sizes. I haven't used the app with it, so I can't talk to it. I bought it because my FitBit had problems with constant electromagnetic pulses and I missed the pedometer. This watch has nice big digits, backlit dial at the touch of a button, counts steps and saves steps from previous days (1 day only) when counting steps for the current day. It's water resistant to 50 meters, which means I can wear it in the pool. The instructions are clear and helpful. The dial comes out of the strap when you stretch it so it can charge. There is a USB port on one end of the dial for charging. The charge lasts for many days, which is also a plus. It does exactly what I bought it for and it does it well.
