I really wanted to love these trays. I knew right away that it wasn't the right time to leave the trays on the counter for a few minutes after taking them out of the freezer. I pulled on the handles to release the ice cubes, but the handles didn't close properly afterwards. The seller was great and delivered new trays quickly. I've been using the interchangeable bowls for about 3 weeks and never pulled the handles all the way back until the cubes had thawed enough to be taken out (probably on the counter for about 10 minutes). I never force or put pressure on the handles of the interchangeable inserts. This morning one of the handles refused to close after I gently let go of the cubes. It's frustrating but I still have one that works.
