The ability for us as an agency/customer service provider (CSP) is that we can manage our own account from one dashboard without having any direct contact or knowledge of their customer base which makes it very easy when troubleshooting issues in real time! It's also great knowing they are always open if there needs be additional support outside business hours so no worries about waiting days until someone responds during normal workday times-we get answers right away!! I don't have anything negative at this point but am interested what others think once using them longer than just trial period - would like more info regarding pricing plans etc? We're able solve some problems quickly by being proactive rather then reactive since all information related directly back up CSPAft users via data analytics available through Dashboard within minutes allowing quick resolution before escalation process begins.- allows faster response rates due to ease access & speed.
